Randi is an accomplished healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and thought leader with over 24 years of experience driving revenue cycle innovation and operational excellence across the healthcare industry. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration & Management from the Minnesota School of Business, graduating with honors, which strengthened her ability to lead organizations through complex operational challenges with both strategic insight and business acumen.

She is the founder and CEO of MedCycle Solutions, where she has helped practices nationwide streamline workflows, optimize billing and collections, and improve overall financial performance. Under her leadership, MedCycle Solutions has become a trusted revenue cycle management partner for services including medical billing, A/R cleanup, auditing, payor contract & fee negotiations, credentialing, compliance, coding, scheduling, EMR optimization, and staff training.

Her deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and ability to tailor strategies to the unique needs of each practice have allowed her to lead countless organizations toward more efficient operations, cleaner claims, and improved financial outcomes. Randi’s experience ensures that clients receive customized solutions that align with both short-term goals and long-term success. Over the years, she has guided health systems, clinics, and physician groups on reimbursement strategies, workflow optimization, and healthcare compliance. Her ability to bridge financial objectives with real-world operations has made her a trusted resource in navigating legislative changes, payment model evolution, and the growing integration of electronic data exchange and process automation. From the early days of paper claim submissions to today’s digitally driven systems, Randi has remained at the forefront, helping clients adapt to the accelerating shifts in electronic healthcare infrastructure.

Randi is also the founder of Business Office Consultants, a strategic advisory firm that supports small business owners, executives, and healthcare leaders. Her consulting services focus on business coaching, leadership development, budgeting, the creation and implementation of operational playbooks, and organizational growth. She brings experience in strategic leadership, executive coaching, and process improvement to help clients navigate transformation and achieve sustainable success.

Randi is widely recognized not only for her business acumen but also for her dedication to community engagement and professional mentorship. She has been honored as a “5 Under 40” recipient, named “Woman of the Year” by Beta Sigma Phi, and selected as a keynote speaker for RHIT graduation ceremonies.
